Sovereign Group has many years experience in Partnering projects and is committed to ensuring such projects are successful for all parties, in providing an excellent service and product for the ultimate end customer, the resident or tenant.

Johnnie Johnson Housing Trust – As main contractor, we began work in May 2005 on their programme. This programme was for the supply of PVC-u windows and composite front doors across 9 housing schemes in the North of England. The £600,000 programme saw the introduction of various protocols agreed between the Sovereign and Johnnie Johnson teams to ensure all tenants were advised in advance of the works to be carried out to their properties in a caring and sympathetic manner. Our DVD ‘Putting your needs first’ has now been introduced throughout our other partnering programmes.

English Churches Housing Group – Sovereign Group as the main contractor, has an open book PPC 2000 Partnership Contract with English Churches Housing Group for the manufacture and installation of PVC-u windows and composite front doors. The contract value is £1.5 million per annum, with 2004/5 being the fourth year. Sovereign Group has exceeded the expectations of the KPI targets that were set and agreed at the outset.

London Borough of Hackney Decent Homes Project, Phase 1 & 2 –Sovereign Group is part of the supply chain in an open book partnership contract with The London Borough of Hackney. We were chosen by Hackney as the manufacturer and installer of PVC-u windows and doors to the Connaught Group who is the main contractor. The Phase 1 contract value was £6 million per annum (now completed) and Phase 2 which starts in March 2005 is valued at £4 million per annum for the next five years. Stort Valley Housing Association – As main contractor we completed a negotiated contract with Stort Valley Housing Association for the manufacture, supply and installation of PVC-u windows and doors to around 700 properties throughout East Hertfordshire. This £1.5 million contract was completed on schedule in seven months.

Paradigm Housing Association – As main contractor we are in the second year of a two year partnership worth £1 million per annum. We were chosen because of our experience and commitment to making such partnerships work for the benefit of all parties including the end customer, the resident or tenant.

Springboard Housing Association – As main contractor we worked on a pilot scheme valued at £150,000. This was a forerunner to a formal partnership arrangement, which started in August 2005. Our programme in 2006 is worth in excess of £1.5 million and we have introduced all our protocols for conducting business into our working methods.
